Approval of Resolution to Award OASIS VIII Neighborhood Improvement Project bid to Trio Construction, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $70,700.00.

Description of Action

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Resolution for award of bid to Trio Construction, Inc., under the terms and conditions and authorize the City Manager to execute same.
